The association has changed its name and a new registration has been effective from 24th August 2015. Now the name of the association is Jalahalli Space Employees residents' Welfare Association (JSERWA). Also new executive committee has been elected. Hence JSERWA moving to a new blog....

We thank all those who have supported our activities during the last four months....

Election Notice

Elections for the following posts in the executive committee of Jalahalli Space Employees Resident’s Welfare Association (JSERWA) for the period from 23-8-2015 to 31-03-2017 are scheduled to be held on 23-08-2015  in the Colony Multi-purpose Hall as per the calendar of events announced below.

CALENDAR OF EVENTS

1. Last date for receipt of nominations                                   :  7 PM on 22-8-2015

2. Last date for withdrawal of nominations                             :  9 PM on 22-8-2015

3. Scrutiny of nominations                                                    :  9 AM on 23-8-2015    

4. Announcement of final list of contestants                           : 11 AM on 23-8-2015     

5. Elections (if required)                                                       : 1PM to 4PM on 23-8-2015

6. Declaration of results                                                        : 5 PM on 23-8-2015    

• All members who are subscribing to the Association as on July 2015 are eligible to vote.
• The eligibility criterion to contest is based on the Bye-law approved by GBM on 2-8-2015.
• Nomination forms can be obtained from JSERWA security between 7am to 8pm.
• Filled-in nomination forms shall be dropped in the kept at security before 7PM on 22-8-15.

Note: Relevant pages of EC Elections of new Bye-law are kept in the notice board of Multi-Purpose Hall. (Also available at JSERWA blog)

• Incomplete nomination forms will be rejected.
• Eligible members shall bring Departmental Identity card/ CHSS ID card for voting.

Independence Day Celebrations

On the occasion of Independence Day, Chairperson of the Association will hoist the National Flag and address the gathering at 0800 hrs on 15/08/2015 at the lawn of Multi Purpose Hall.

All the residents are requested to participate in the function.

The Art and Craft Exhibition will start at 1500 hrs onward at MPH.
